I have been watching this blog for the last 15 months. Here is what i found.
The houshing crash seems to be happening in some parts of the country, but definitely not in Bay area.
Bay area seems to have enough resistance to face the crash.
The home prices still holding high in almost all the cities in the bay area. The job market in bay area is again picking up and it will keep the housing in high tides for some more yeasrs.
